Warranty

We promise that all products we manufacture or provide will be defect-free in material and workmanship as per the terms of this warranty.

All Furniture Items come with a 12-month Warranty, valid from the date of purchase. 

Clearance and sale items are not covered by this warranty if they have pre-existing defects. It is important to carefully inspect these items before purchasing, as they are sold "as is".

We will repair or replace, at our option, any defective goods due to faulty workmanship or materials. Some replacement parts may vary in availability and differ from the original. These replacements will match in quality and function. Repaired or replaced items hold the remaining warranty period.

This warranty covers goods for normal residential purposes only. It is not transferable and excludes the following:

• normal wear and tear
• any outcome stemming from an inherent feature of the material employed
• damage or defect caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, incorrect assembly, incorrect installation, storage or inappropriate handling
• all electrical products which are not installed by a qualified tradesperson
• all defects caused as a result of the customer's failure to follow the care instructions

In the case the purchased goods show a defect covered by the warranty within the warranty period, contact us and provide the original purchase receipt as proof for all claims under this warranty.

All repair or replacement parts and/or goods will be covered by us, but you are responsible for all additional costs, such as removal, transportation, reinstallation, communication, and any special services you request, like labor.

Our bespoke and custom-made upholstered furniture is handmade, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in colour, shading, texture, shape and grain are inherent features. No two items are perfectly alike so that every single piece is one-of-a-kind.

If we are storing your goods, this warranty is valid from the date of purchase and not the end of your storage period.
