Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange or store credit.
If you have an item/s that need to be returned via courier, please contact us within this time frame to advise your shipping arrangements, tracking number and the estimated delivery date of your return to our Mount Lawley showroom. For more information on this, please refer to our shipping information.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note most of our Pre Order items can not be exchanged or returned. We do not offer returns on final sale items, seconds and ex display items. These items are sold "as is".

Refunds (if applicable)
At Natalie Jayne Interiors, we do not offer a refund on a change-of-mind basis, and can only issue a store credit for these items once they are returned in the original condition they were purchased in - unused and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied and you will be notified by email.
Refunds are only issued on damaged and faulty goods. All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in the shipping process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 08 9227 9027 within 24 hours of receiving the item/s to report this.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded and there are no rainchecks once the sales have expired.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Here at Natalie Jayne Interiors we offer an 8 week lay-by option. We require a minimum of 30% deposit on full priced items and a 50% deposit on discounted items. If your lay-by has gone over the 8 week mark storage fees of $25 a day may apply to your order given the size of your order. For further information, please contact us.
