Click & collect - Western Australia
Available to Western Australian customers.
Click & collect is available from our Claremont showroom between 10AM-5PM Monday - Saturday. Orders need to be collected by the person who made the purchase and will need to provide a valid Drivers License or another form of verified ID upon collection. If you have any questions about this, please contact our showroom. Click and collect is only available on small items. All large items must be delivered.
If you have purchased an item and decide you would like to have it shipped, please contact us or email contact@nataliejayneinteriors.com and we can organise a transfer or provide a competitive shipping quote for you.
Shipping rates
Our aim is to provide you with a smooth online shopping experience, with the best value and reliable shipping and delivery. Our shipping rates are calculated through an external carrier who utilises a number of transport providers and we have negotiated a discounted rate for these services. Our rates supplied are the exact rate supplied by our shipping partner, which will be calculated to your address from our Claremont showroom.
The rates are calculated by dimensions and weights of each product, and we have calculated a few types of packing for multiple smaller items. If you have a larger furniture order with multiple items, please get in touch with us to obtain a shipping quote as we may be able to pack this differently to get a better shipping rate.
To avoid disappointment, please contact our team at Natalie Jayne prior to completing purchase to gain a shipping price for your items. Shipping prices will be in real-time and we will ensure you receive the best possible price and the best possible service (including delivery time and care for your product).

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items outside of Australia.
Delivery times
For items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, the estimated delivery times are as per the below table. Items will be dispatched Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm WST.
If you have pre-ordered an item, this will require a 2 to 4-week wait time from the date of purchase. You will receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your order and approximate delivery date.

Delivery to PO Boxes
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipping partner provides the option use a P.O. Box address and an order is submitted with a PO Box address, delivery of your order will be put on hold and we will be in touch to get an actual street address. Your order that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, and an address correction charge (the rate is at the shipping partners discretion) will be payable to the shipping partner to update this address.
Additional information
Once your order has left the showroom, you will receive an email notification with shipping details and a tracking number.
Homewares and furniture items that are being shipped via courier services will require you to be home to receive the delivery. Our shipping partner will contact you to organise a suitable date and delivery time with you. The delivery drivers will usually take larger furniture pieces into the room of your choice for you.
