Click & collect - Western Australia

For Western Australian customers, all of our items are available for pick up at both of our showrooms located in Mount Lawley. An option to collect from either item is available upon checkout, and of course is free of charge. If you have purchased an item and decide you would like to have it collected from the other showroom or have it shipped, please contact us the Mount Lawley Showroom on (08) 9227 9027 and we can organise a transfer or provide a competitive shipping quote for you. 

Shipping rates

Our aim is to provide you with a smooth online shopping experience, with the best value and reliable shipping and delivery. Our shipping rates are calculated through an external carrier who utilises a number of transport providers and we have negotiated a discounted rate for these services. Our rates supplied are the exact rate supplied by our shipping partner, which will be calculated to your address from our showroom at 567 Beaufort Street Mount Lawley WA 6050.

The rates are calculated by dimensions and weights of each product, and we have calculated a few types of packing for multiple smaller items. If you have a larger furniture order with multiple items, please get in touch with us to obtain a shipping quote as we may be able to pack this differently to get a better shipping rate.

To avoid disappointment, please contact Natalie Jayne Interiors on (08) 9227 9027 or via email at prior to completing purchase to gain a shipping price for your items. Shipping prices will be in real-time and Natalie Jayne Interiors will ensure you receive the best possible price and the best possible service (including delivery time and care for your product).

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items outside of Australia.

Delivery times

For items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, the estimated delivery times are as per the below table. Items will be dispatched Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm WST.

If you have pre-ordered an item, this will require a 2 to 4-week wait time from the date of purchase. You will receive an email within 48 hours to confirm your order and approximate delivery date.

Additional information

Once your order has left the showroom, you will receive an email notification with shipping details and a tracking number.

Homewares and furniture items that are being shipped via courier services will require you to be home to receive the delivery. Our shipping partner will contact you to organise a suitable date and delivery time with you. The delivery drivers will usually take larger furniture pieces into the room of your choice for you.
